I have 18 years of experience in development, analysis, service owner and project management in Network Management Systems, CRM, billing and collection, data warehousing and reporting, corporate customer processes, quality management, projects and requirements. During these activities, I worked actively in all aspects of the management of suppliers, budget management, preparation of tender documents and technical evaluation for the solution needed, as well as from projects including software and hardware to procurement to implementation. As a service owner of the Network Management Systems Applications, I was responsible for the whole process. I followed the coordination with the third and also technical parties for the installation of the hardware to the datacenters in different locations and the production of the system. For the last 7 years, I have managed such projects for my own services. During this time, I performed the technical tests and end-user tests of the applications I was responsible for.
